Services Provided:
Budget services provides for the preparation and administration of the annual operating and five-year capital projects budgets; conducts ongoing and special budgetary and operational reviews, recommends improvements to reduce operating costs and improve effectiveness; manages the county self-funded property, liability and workers compensation insurance program, conducts safety programs designed to improve work-place safety and reduce claim related costs; oversees the development and compliance of grant funding; and administers debt finance transactions and programs.
