Budget in Brief
In the Fall of each year, Budget Services publishes the Budget In Brief, an informative synopsis of the Board of County Commissioners Operating Budget. The document is designed as a quick reference for locating pertinent budget data as opposed to the more detailed information found in the County's Final Budget. The Budget In Brief contains over 50 tables and charts summarizing the County's prior year revenues and expenditures as well as the estimated figures for the applicable fiscal year.
The document also contains the County Administrator's Budget Message which outlines the historical factors, economic trends, and business philosophies that affect the County's fiscal policies.
