Budget Book Archive 

In the Fall of each year, Budget Services publishes the Final Budget. Utilizing guidelines set forth by the Government Finance Officers Association, the document summarizes and explains the Board of County Commissioners operating budget by organization, by fund, and by function. There are many helpful tables and charts contained throughout the Final Budget, summarizing the County's prior year revenues and expenditures as well as the estimated figures for the applicable fiscal year.

A User's Guide is provided in the front of the document to assist the reader in locating specific information. Section A contains the County Administrator's Budget Message which outlines the historical factors, economic trends, and business philosophies that affect the County's fiscal policies.

The Final Budget is available for (price to be determined) from the Public Resources Office. Included is a FREE mini CD that contains the document in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
