INDOOR AIR QUALITY (IAQ)

Mr. Richard Beck, the Director of Facilities Management for Lee County, Appointed me to specialize in Indoor Air Quality. Mr. Beck realized that he needed someone in his organization to stay current with the ever-evolving intricacies of Indoor Air Quality. I strive to provide the most responsible IAQ solutions, as well as, adhering to the many mandates and guidelines. I have become a Certified Indoor Environmentalist and a Certified Mold Remediator, under the sanctions of the Indoor Air Quality Association. I have over twenty years experience as a Trades worker and I've also been employed with Lee County Facilities Management for more than sixteen years. My training and experience is in: electrical installation, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing and irrigation. I also managed the 90,000 square foot Public Safety building for Facilities Management, for almost two years. I'm presently in my third year at Florida Gulf Coast University, majoring in Management. Recently voted on the the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) Board of Directors. Congratulations!
