As Deputy Director Facilities/MARS my primary goal is to exceed our customers' expectations while providing for the safety and well being of Lee County's' greatest asset, our employees.

Our secondary goals include, communication, training, conflict resolution and development of future supervisors, managers and trades workers. With all the combined years of knowledge and experience in the Maintenance and Repair Division (which exceeds hundreds of years) we are able to perform all construction and services related work which includes building a structure from start to finish, with our own Carpenters, Painters, Welders, Electrical, Plumbing, Irrigation, Fire Protection, Air Conditioning and Computerized Temperature Controls.
