REMODEL SHOP

FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

DARRYL COULTER

239-533-9021

Thank you for visiting the Facilities Management Remodel Shop web page.  The Remodel Shop consists of four full time trade workers and a supervisor.  Traditionally, the remodel shop was designed to work outside of normal operating hours to complete larger demolition and remodeling projects for County-owned and County-leased facilities that could not be completed while occupied.  These projects ranged in scope from simple office add-ons to entire interior building redesign/remodel projects.

Recently, the Remodel Shop has expanded its scope of operations to include coordination and assistance with daily work requests received by other Building Trade and Mechanical Trade Shops that necessitate specialty work to be completed while the project sites are unoccupied.

The remodel shop provides Facilities Management with a versatile, multi-talented shop that can be utilized to make ends meet with complicated projects requiring multi-shop collaboration.  These types of joint coordinated projects are made possible through the close working relationships maintained between the individual Facilities Management Shops and their respective personnel.

The remodel shop takes great pride in its work and continues to pursue quality cost effective service and innovative building trade ideas that will further increase Facilities Management's overall efficiency and productivity.
