 Welcome to our web site!  This section of Facilities Management Administration deals with bidding for and overseeing contracted services such as security services, moving services, landscape services and janitorial services to county buildings.

We also negotiate for and oversee leased properties and office space for county departments.  Our office also manages the leases for non-county departmental tenants who currently occupy space in two of our recently acquired office buildings in the downtown area and act as a liaison between them and the county.
