LOANER VEHICLE POLICY   Fleet Management provides a small fleet of "loaner" vehicles that are loaned out to other departments when a vehicle breaks down unexpectedly or has to be in our shop for extensive repairs. These vehicles are on a "first come, first serve" basis. When making your appointment for service, please indicate at that time if you will need a loaner vehicle. We suggest that you call the day before your scheduled service to verify that we have a loaner available. The number to call is (239) 338-3239. Ask for our Service Writer. Loaner vehicles must be returned clean and with a full tank of gas. Please be advised that all Fleet Loaner Vehicles are non-smoking vehicles. A substantial fine will be issued for vehicles not meeting the above criteria. Out of Town Loaner Vehicle Policy Fleet Management also provides a small fleet of "loaner" vehicles for out of town travel. We request that you reserve the loaner vehicle as far ahead as possible. To make reservations, please contact the Fleet Service Writer at (239) 338-3239. When you pick up the loaner vehicle you will be issued credit cards for fuel and emergency repairs. It is important to keep all receipts and return them at the time you return the vehicle. If during your travel, a major emergency occurs you should contact Fleet Management during the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM at (239) 338-3239. We request that the vehicles be returned with a full tank of gas. Please be advised that all Fleet Loaner Vehicles are non-smoking vehicles.
