PROPOSED RULE MAKING BY THE DEP		  
     
  The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is developing a new Continuing Education Units (CEU) rule for well contractors.  The following information is provided to help learn more about these requirements.  These requirements shall be complied with prior to renewing well contractors license beginning the year 2003.
