Lovers Key Project Report

The project consists of the restoration and maintenance of approximately 1.1-miles of shoreline on Lovers Key. The project shoreline is compromised entirely of critically eroded shoreline from R-214.5 and R-221.5. Construction entailed the placement of 570,240 cubic yards of beach fill along 6,280 LF of shoreline. Construction was completed in October 2004.
