Volunteer Drivers Needed: VAMC Bay Pines Van Service

The Lee County Office of Veterans Services provides transportation from Fort Myers to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10,000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines (between St. Petersburg and Madeira Beach, across Tampa Bay from Tampa).

The van runs Monday through Friday, departing at 6 a.m. from the parking lot across Metro Parkway from the Fort Myers VA Outpatient Clinic (located at 3033 Winkler Extension). Our drivers are volunteers, and occasionally during summer months, we must restrict our schedule to fewer days per week.
