Q. Who is eligible for insurance coverage?
A. Employees in full or part-time positions who are scheduled and regularly work 30 or more hours per week, their spouses and their children.

Q. When does the insurance coverage begin?
A. Coverage for new employees is effective on the first of the month following one full month of employment.
