Basic Life Insurance

Your life insurance value is equal to one times (1X) your annual salary, rounded up to the next higher thousand. The plan also pays one times your annual salary for accidental death, 50% for accidental loss of sight, and 50% for accidental loss of an arm or a leg. This coverage is paid for entirely by Lee County. Employee's in pay grades 21 and above receive 2X annual salary up to a max of $350,000.00.
