NOTICE OF BARGAINING SESSION

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:                                                                           

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 29^th  day of May 2013, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, 2^nd Floor, East Room, Lee County Emergency Medical Services and the I.A.E.P. - Local 533 International Association of EMTs and Paramedics, will hold a bargaining session.

1.         Copies of this Notice are on file in the Minutes Office of the Clerk of Courts of Lee County.  The Minutes Office is located at 2115 Second Street, Second Floor, Fort Myers, Florida.

2.         Interested persons may attend the meeting.

3.         Anyone wishing to appeal the decision(s) resulting as an outcome of the session with respect to any matter considered during the session will need a record of the proceedings for such appeal, and may need a verbatim record, to include all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
