PUBLIC LIBRARY TOWN MEETING TO BE HELD OCTOBER 18

FORT MYERS, Fla. (October 11, 2000) – Lee County and the Lee County Library System will host a third town meeting at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, to gather comments from community members on expansion plans for the Cape Coral-Lee County Public Library.

Daniel Lee Cruz of the Lee County Department of Construction and Design, who is project manager, will summarize progress to date and present an overview of the design process.

Cruz and other members of the project team will review the public comments that were gathered at two August town meetings, and citizens will have an opportunity to ask additional questions. The program is free and open to the public. For more information call the library at 542-3953.
