includes the county’s $298 million of proposed spending on capital projects
such as roads, parks, libraries, utilities and beaches.
- Revenue Manual (239 pages)
– lists the sources, uses and rates
of the county’s major revenues, including property taxes, other taxes,
licenses and permits, state revenue sharing, user charges, fines and
forfeitures and miscellaneous.
- Debt Manual (249 pages)
– includes detailed schedules of each
of the county’s bond issues along with issuance information such as interest
rate, payment schedule and purposes for the bond proceeds.
The documents can be viewed on the county’s web
