"Two Showcases on Deck for Lee County"

Fort Myers, FL (Jan 5, 2004) Perfect Game, Major League Baseball's number one scout reporting agency, is set to offer two showcase programs in Ft. Myers.

The Underclass World Showcase is scheduled for January 2-4, and will be held at the Red Sox Five Plex, 4301 Edison Avenue, and historic Terry Park, 3410 Palm Beach Boulevard. Over 500 of the nations best underclass high school players will participate in this annual event.

The World Showcase will be held January 10-11 at Terry Park. This event will draw 120 players and their families to Lee County for this special program.

Perfect Game's headquarters are located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and coordinate five baseball events in Lee County each year.

The Lee County Sports Authority and the Lee County Parks and Recreation Department are proud sponsors of this event.
