JOIN LEE COUNTY PARKS & RECREATION IN CELEBRATING NATIONAL TRAILS DAY: JUNE 5, 2004

The Lee County BOCC will read a resolution to that affect at the June 1 meeting.

FREE parking on June 5, 2004, at the following Regional Parks:

Caloosahatchee Regional Park, Hickey's Creek Mitigation Park, Manatee Park, Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve and Lakes Park.

FREE guided walks will be conducted beginning at 9am at:

Caloosahatchee Regional Park, Hickey's Creek Mitigation Park, Manatee Park, Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, Bowditch Point Preserve and Matanzas Preserve.

FREE kayak clinics will be conducted every hour on the hour between 9am-2pm at Bowditch Point Preserve on Ft. Myers Beach. (Parking fee required)

*Guided kayak trips on the Great Calusa Blueway will be offered by Gaea Guides,
