HUMAN SERVICES PARTNERING FOR RESULTS REVIEW PANEL APPS DUE JANUARY 14, 2005

FORT MYERS, Fla. (December 29, 2004) - The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking applications from citizens who are interested in serving on the Lee County Human Services Partnering for Results Proposal Review Panel.

This panel reviews proposals from human service agencies and makes funding recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.

Applications for Review Panel members are available from Lee County Department of Human Services located at 83 Pondella Road, Suite 1, North Fort Myers, FL or the Department of Human Services web site at: http://dhs.lee-county.com/contracts/contracts.asp - Volunteer Opportunities. Applications should be returned to the Department of Human Services no later than January 14, 2005.

Meetings will be held each Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. during the months of April and May. PERSONS INTERESTED IN SERVING ON THIS REVIEW PANEL MUST BE COMMITTED TO ATTEND ALL MEETINGS DURING THE DESIGNATED TIMES.
