NATIONAL POLLUTION DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) assumed the administration of the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Permit for the State of Florida.

The NPDES permits previously administered by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) required no application fees. As of October 22, 2000, FDEP requires application fees to accompany the NOI submittals to the FDEP. Please refer to Chapter 62-4 F.A.C. for the appropriate fees.
