LEE COUNTY SURPLUS PROPERTY
The Division of County Lands has made a
diligent effort to provide accurate information on these properties. However, Lee County
does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. All information is subject to
verification. The County assumes no liability for errors or omissions.
Before any property may be offered for
sale, the Lee County Board of County Commissioners must declare the property surplus, in
accordance with Florida Statutes. The procedures for the sale of County property are
governed by Florida Statutes and require, with few exceptions, the use of a sealed
bid process*.
