This is a request to Amend the Future Land Use Map series for a parcel of land (60.324 acres - amount to be redesignated needs to be clarified) located in Section 20, Township 46 South, Range 25 East (generally located beyond the end of Pine Road, north of Broadway, west of U.S. 41, San Carlos/Estero) to change the classification shown on map 1, the Future Land Use Map, from "Rural" to "Outlying Suburban."
