Each year the Florida Bankers Association names one person from the Tens of Thousands of bankers throughout the State as Banker of the Year; and Whereas: That person is selected because of his or her “outstanding commitment to excellence”; and Whereas:Geoffrey and Robbie Roepstorff began their careers in banking in 1973 and ‘74 respectively; and Whereas:Both Geoff and Robbie hold prominent positions with Edison National Bank, with Geoff as CEO and Robbie as President; and Whereas: For the first time in the history of the Florida Bankers Association both Geoff and Robbie were named “Bankers of the Year” by the Association. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE Board of County
