Employee Relations, Training, Health Services, & Wellness Services
Employee Relations provides policy interpretation, confidential assistance with employee relation issues, exit interviews, performance evaluation monitoring, and service awards. Training offers employees development opportunites to enhance their business, communication, and technical skills. The Employee Health Services Section provides post-offer, pre-employment health assessments for prospective employees, assists the Risk Management section regarding workers' compensation for Board of County Commissioners employees, coordinates health fairs and provides information on health and wellness. The Employee Health Services office hours are, weekdays, from 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Staffing & Compensation Staffing Services provides assistance to individuals who are seeking employment with Lee County Board of County Commissioners as well as providing recruiting services to our departments. |

HR Support Services (Informations Systems, Administrative Support, & Records) HR Systems & Records maintains the official employment files for Board of County Commissioner employees, evaluates departmental work processes, maintains the Human Resources employee information database and website and provides clerical and customer service to the Human Resources department staff and its customers. |
