Lee County Utilities (LCU) sampled the finished water from the Bayshore Water Treatment Plant on April 26, 2012. The results from those test showed that the following parameters were above the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL).
