Temporary Disconnect/Reconnect Service Request

By temporarily disconnecting the water, you will avoid receiving a bill for high water consumption due to un-attended leaky toilets or hoses being left on while you are away from your home.  It can also prevent damage to your home due to broken pipes.


  • While service is disconnected, you will NOT be billed the monthly base charges.
  • There is no fee to disconnect service but there is a fee to reconnect service. ($45.00 charge)
  • Please submit requests as far in advance as possible.
  • When you have determined the date you plan to return to your Lee County home, please submit a new request containing your turn on information.
