Temporary Disconnect Service Request

(aka Summer Disconnect Requests)

 

To temporarily disconnect service, complete the Temporary Disconnect/Reconnect Service Request Form. By temporarily disconnecting the water, you will prevent high water consumption due to un-attended leaky toilets or hoses being left on while you are away from your home.  It can also prevent damage to your home due to broken pipes.

NOTE:

  • While service is disconnected, you will NOT be billed monthly charges.
  • There is no fee to disconnect service but there is a fee of $45.00 to reconnect water during regular business hours or $55.00 for requests to turn on water during evenings or weekends.
  • Please submit requests as far in advance as possible.
  • When you have determined the date you plan to return, complete a new Temporary Disconnect/Reconnect Service Request Form.
