Transferring Services within Lee County Service Area
When you plan to move to a new residence within the LCU service area, please complete the following steps:
- Make sure your account balance is current
- Complete a Transfer Request Form (Transfer Request Form.pdf)
- Copy of Government Issued Photo ID
- Mail, Fax or E-mail Transfer Form plus Proof of Ownership or Lease to LCU Customer Service AND your DL or other government issued photo id
IMPORTANT - There can only be a 30 day window between the turn-off date (for the old residence) and the turn-on date (for the new residence).
PLEASE submit requests in advance (within 24 hours of turn-on date).
