Details: 1. Removal and disposal of existing concrete sidewalks within the north courtyard area. 2. Installation of Root Barrier to be placed around the existing Banyan and Oak trees. 3. New paver sidewalks to include excavation of 8”-10” for lime rock base, sand bed placement above lime rock, followed by installation of new paver sidewalks. 4. Installation of new 6” thick concrete slab at the base of Old Courthouse Stairs—approximately 2069 SF. 5. Coordination of additional donated landscaping features into designated planter areas.
