These are abbreviated descriptions for fast reference. For more detail, please refer to Section 10-174 of the Land Development Code.

Any out-of-door recreational facility provided the total cumulative impervious area does not exceed 8,000 square feet. |

4 |
Any subdivision of land into four or less lots for single-family detached dwelling units or two-family attached dwelling units. See Section 10-174. |

Any subdivision of land into four lots or less for a use other than single-family detached dwelling units, two-family attached dwelling units or agricultural. |

Any single building of two dwelling units or less and any accessory improvements thereto on a single lot which is not a lot of record or platted lot. |

Notice of Intent to Commence Water Retention Excavation for AG use or as an amenity to a single-family residence where spoil is retained on-site or less than 1,000 cubic yards is to be removed offsite and blasting activities will not be conducted. |
