Floodway and V Zone Revisions to New Maps
Owners of parcels in the Special Flood Hazard Area may submit an application to FEMA for a Letter of Map Change (LOMC) to alter the boundaries of the area. FEMA has approved such changes for portions of the regulatory floodways and V Zones throughout unincorporated Lee County.
