In addition to closed case files, we are in the process of updating our procedures to make additional zoning case files available online as soon as possible after receiving them. If your search for a file is not successful, please contact Jamie Princing.
Some case files have been "bulk" scanned so you will see document names such as file, plans, exhibits. New cases are being scanned as they are received and all documents will be scanned individually with the document name column describing (as best we can) what that document is. It is your responsibility to make sure you are looking at the most recent version of a document as additional information is rountinely submitted and sometimes replaces older documents.
The best search results are found by entering the entire case number or project name and then clicking on the box next to "with the Exact Phrase." If you'd like to look up this information prior to beginning your search, please click here to go to eConnect, our online permitting system.
You may not be able to open "tif" files if your computer doesn't default to the correct program. If you are unable to open a "tif" file, click on the link below that applies to your computer for help on how to change the default program:
