STUDENT PRECEPTORSHIPS

For several years we have acted as a preceptor to local, other Florida colleges and out of state students, particularly those in nursing and public health in the bachelor or masters programs. At times other specialty students have also been accommodated. The university and the health department must have a signed agreement and the student have a project approved by the school and LCHD. Summer projects have proved helpful for both entities.
