TO VOTE ON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDED PROJECTS AS WELL AS A REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY/NEIGHBORHOOD DISTRICT COMMITTEE (CAA/NDC)
