LEE COUNTY VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD MEETING
PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Lee County Value Adjustment Board will meet on the 29th day of March, 2010, at 2:00 p.m., in the East Room, Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, to review the recommendations of the appointed Special Magistrates on petitions duly filed with the 2009 Value Adjustment Board, to render final decisions on said petitions, and to discuss other related issues at the suggestion or request of the Chairman or members prior to or during the meeting.
If a person decides to appeal a decision made by the Lee County Value Adjustment Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, a record of the proceeding will be needed for such purpose, and such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, to include the testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is to be based.

NOTICE OF BARGAINING SESSION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 21st day of April, 2010, and Thursday, the 22nd day of April, 2010, beginning at 1:00 p.m., at the Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, 2nd Floor, East Room, Lee County Emergency Medical Services and the I.A.E.P. - Local 533 International Association of EMTs and Paramedics, will hold a bargaining session.
1. Copies of this Notice are on file in the Minutes Office of the Clerk of Courts of Lee County. The Minutes Office is located at 2115 Second Street, Second Floor, Fort Myers, Florida.
2. Interested persons may attend the meeting.
3. Anyone wishing to appeal the decision(s) resulting as an outcome of the session with respect to any matter considered during the session will need a record of the proceedings for such appeal, and may need a verbatim record, to include all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
