Annual Report Committee Meeting
Agenda
Contractors Class-Leigh and Becky are in the process of creating a
power point geared toward contractors.
We are open to ideas and suggestions that any one may have for the class
curriculum.
Draft on final Annual Report Forms-Tony spoke with Trish Hennessey-Webb
and she provided us a Draft Copy of our report form so we may begin to query
the information from other departments.

comments and or suggestions:
City of Fort Myers- Problem site discussed last month was Wal-Mart, they
had one drain connected to the wrong system which they believe will solve the
grease problem. They shocked the system
and have video surveillance up to catch any illegal dumping of waste, believe
that may have occurred when storms came through and travel units where parked
in lot.
City of
Bonita Springs- Still mapping the infrastructure system and
inspecting catch basins. They have
completed the swale inspections.
City of Cape Coral- Still waiting on canal cleaning.
City of Sanibel- Nothing new to report
Town of Fort
Myers Beach- Working on debris removal in canals. Working on native planting for the new park
they have planned.
East County Water Control- No one at
meeting
FDOT- No one at meeting
San Carlos
Estates WCD- Finalizing the bid documents for their CIP
project. Bids to go out early January
and hope to have construction start date of late March
Gateway Services- Nothing new to report
