All Hazardous Business Waste Collections aka CESQG small business collection Dates and locations will be announced when a date is set.
Small Businesses must dispose of Hazardous Waste properly!
Special Hazardous Waste Collection Days are only for Conditional Exempt Small Quantity Generators. CESQG's are defined as businesses that produce less than 220 lbs. of hazardous waste per month or accumulate less than 2,200 lbs. at one time.
You are not required to use the County CESQG collection days. However, it is an effective alternative for a number of businesses and allows them to use our contracted pricing for disposal of hazardous waste. Lee County pays the set-up fee. The business pays only for their hazardous waste disposal.

Businesses may dispose of outdated or non-working electronic devices at the Lee County Solid Waste Division's 6441 Topaz Ct. facility. This site is operated from Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Businesses are charged a fee per item. Accepted payment methods are Check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover card. Solid Waste recommends that commercial customers open an account with the Division.
