In Person: You can pay your bill in person at our Customer Service Center located at 7391 College Parkway, Ft. Myers, Florida 33907. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

*New Option* By Phone: You can make a payment by phone using a check or credit card. Just call 239-690-4128 or toll free at 1-866-516-8824
By Credit Card: You can also use your credit card to pay your utility bill. Just fill out the form and return it by mail or in person. This form must be filled out each month in order for your credit card to be charged.
By Mail: You can also pay your bill by mailing it to: Lee County Utilities, P.O. Box 30738, Tampa, Florida 33630-3738. The reason we selected Tampa is because it saves money and there are no cost-effective local "lock box" companies.
Payment Drop Boxes: You may drop off your payment at one of our convenient drop boxes located throughout Lee County. If you would like to use one of these drop boxes, please do not deposit cash, but use a check or money order only. Also, with the drop boxes receipts are not available. Our payment drop boxes are located at the following locations:
