Automatic Withdrawal Payment Program Is a service offered by Lee County Utilities for the convenience of our customers to make paying your utility bill a little easier. It will save you postage, check charges and travel time (if you pay your bill in person). AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL PAYMENT PROGRAM is a way to have your utility bill paid. Every month, your utility payment will be deducted from your checking/savings account. You will receive a monthly bill that shows your usage, the monthly charge and the date that the payment will be deducted from your bank account. Q: HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL PAYMENT PROGRAM STARTS? A: Lee County Utilities will print a message on your bill to confirm your enrollment. It takes four to six weeks to complete the enrollment, so continue to pay your bill as you normally would until you receive a message on your bill confirming enrollment. Q: HOW DO I CANCEL MY ENROLLMENT TO THE AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL PAYMENT PROGRAM? A: You may discontinue your enrollment in the Automatic Withdrawal Payment Program whenever you like. Lee County Utilities must receive your written request to cancel your enrollment five working days before your next billing cycle. If your request is received after that time, enrollment will be cancelled for the next monthly billing. You may mail your request or stop by your local customer service center and complete a form to end enrollment. Q: WHERE CAN I GET A FORM TO FILL OUT AND SEND IN TO LEE COUNTY UTILITIES? A: You can stop at any of the Lee County Utilities Customer Service Centers or Click Here to download a copy of the form. Lee County documents are provided free in Adobe Acrobat format. We are currently using version 4.0. To download this document you will need to have the current version of Adobe. This Authorization for Automatic Withdrawal Payment Program is to be completed and returned to Lee County Utilities to the address listed in the top right corner of the form.
